3. Prioritize your to-do list by when it has to be done.
4. Review your action list to decide the next steps. Update your inventory with completed tasks.

Pareto Analysis or the 80/20 Rule
Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist, came up with the method now known as the 80/20 rule. The 80/20 rule states that 20% of acts are accountable for 80% of the consequences. The purpose of the Pareto analysis is to assist you in prioritizing the activities that will have the greatest impact on the problems you are trying to solve.
Working Principle of Pareto Analysis or the 80/20 Rule
1. Describe some of the difficulties you're having. Consider, for example, how your grades have declined.
2. You must find the root cause of each issue. As a result of excessive use of social media or other distractions, your grades may be sliding.
3. Each task should be given a score. More weight should be given to the most critical issues.

Before he was elected President of the United States in 1953, Dwight Eisenhower held the position of Allied Forces Commander in the United States Army during World War II. Famous motivational speaker Tony Robbins developed the RPM method. The naming of this method is very interesting. It has two full forms. One is the ‘Rapid Planning Method,’ and the other is the ‘Result, Purpose, and Massive’ action plan. The main goal of this method is to help your brain focus on something you want to make real. This method is for those who dream of many things but cannot achieve anything because of poor time management skills.
Working Principle
1. Capturing: Make a list of everything you need to do this week.
2. "Chunking": Put tasks together based on common characteristics. Which things are yours? School-related? Career-focused?
