While I have been helping my people develop themselves when I started my management career with Hindustan Unilever in 1981, I got into it formally when I started working at Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) in 2015. I started helping the MBA students develop their personality traits using the Hay’s EQ Model so that they were better prepared for their management career.
While doing that, I also became a Coaching Foundation of Indian (CFI) certified Executive Coach by doing a 9 months long course including real life internships of coaching senior business leaders to improve their competencies for a larger management role.
