In this online course on Mindfulness Living Certification – Advance Instructions you will learn to live a mindful meditative life by integrating it into daily life. In this course I provide simple rules of mindfulness meditative lifestyle which will help you to maintain inner serenity and calm as you go about your daily business. You will understand the nature of mind, how to deal with thoughts, how to maintain pleasant moods, and much more in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
After completing this course you will be able to deal with stress & other unpleasant emotions better, you will be able to maintain mindfulness while doing what you do, you will be able to design a simple lifestyle which gives you a calmer experience. You will also learn about 4 foundational mindfulness meditation exercises.
This course is based on the instructions of Ven Matara Srī Ñāṇārāma Thero who lived in the 1900s as master meditator and forest monk.
