Airbnb encourages you to use your imagination.  You do not even have to be a host, you can simply offer Airbnb experiences!  No hosting necessary.  You can be a tour guide, a story teller, a performer, or a teacher.  What you can offer is endless.  You can even offer an Airbnb experience in person or online.

Ways to promote your Airbnb listings, how to take advantage of disasters and downtimes, as well as different pricing strategies you can use.

Choose a name that reflects what you are offering.  How can you help guests to choose the place they want to stay?  Can you make your listing name attractive and accurate?  Also, your Profile description and the importance and techniques of taking great photos.

The importance of pricing and taking a long-term view of this hospitality business we are in.  Some hosts lose track of their goals and get greedy.  I think this hurts everyone.  Please don`t be like this.  Some thoughts on pricing and what you can charge for while still thinking of the needs of your guests.

About setting minimum and maximum stays, your cancellation policy, your availability for bookings and about blocking off dates.  As well as the importance of making a guidebook at Airbnb and possibly at another free service called Wordpress.

Can you learn more about your guests?  And could this help you to host better?  It certainly did for me!  What do your guests expect?  What is their first language?  Are they good at your native language?  How can you help them to have a better stay?  How can you make things run more smoothly for them and for you?

How to avoid getting a negative review when you have a crisis?  Something breaks, or something is not working correctly - what do you do? 

The importance of accurate descriptions of your units and how to make the description interesting so that guests will book.  Also some talk about effective pricing.
