Video Rehearsal is the Most Important Step

Now comes the hard part. You must practice your speech on video (repeatedly). Watch it. Critique it. And then do it over and over until you love your speech. This is the most important part of this course. If you aren't willing to practice AND watch yourself repeately and make small improvements each time, then this course will not be of any help to you.
