- WHY TRAIN ON SAP?
With more than 400,000 customers worldwide, SAP has established itself as a reference in terms of ERP over the years.
Rare are the software so powerful, and allowing to adapt to all types of business.
It allows a notable improvement of the processes, increases the performance of the companies and especially increases the communication and the exchange of information between service with its unique database.
Training today on SAP is clearly an excellent choice for the future. The fields of application are constantly expanding and the need to improve productivity and quality is growing.
However, it must be recognized that it is as powerful as it is complex, which may seem disconcerting at first.
- HOW WILL I LEARN?
This training was built around a modern and effective concept in the world of learning: immersion and contextualization. Indeed, there are many digital training courses on SAP, but they are content to present and explain the features without making the link with the real use of the solution. Key User Training has chosen, through this training, to immerse the student in a fictitious company in order to give meaning to the different notions covered. This new learning method is very intuitive and allows the learner to better understand and assimilate the features presented.
The videos, articles and downloadable documents have been created in such a way that learning is enjoyable. No reading of Powerpoint or other documents. We wanted to make it more modern, more polished.
Moreover, each concept will be clearly explained before moving on to the “Software” part with the help of modern and design explanatory videos. You don’t need to have SAP installed on your PC. Everything will be shown to you directly in a real environment.
For those who would like to go further and practice directly in the software, I can advise you the Michael Management website, to get a “Live Access” pass in the SAP environment. You will find the link in the last section of the course. This is the solution we used to create this course.
A little additional information: the connection language will be in English. Learning the English terms will be very useful because they are the terms used in most industries, training, forums, … Don’t worry, we will explain each of them in French, whether you speak English or not. This will not be a hindrance.
- WHAT WILL I LEARN?
This training course is designed to be very complete and is divided in an optimal way to allow you to follow at your own pace and to be able to easily consult each small chapter.
Thomas, the fictional character you will play, will change positions throughout the course. During the first chapter, you will be a production operator and you will carry out, at first, all the functional processes of an operator (confirmation of production order, consumption of raw materials…). In the second chapter, Thomas will be a production line manager. You will create master data (BOM, routing, production version, work center, etc.) and manage the evolution of production orders (from creation to closing). In this next chapter, you will perform all the tasks of a production planner, from demand forecasting to capacity management, including MRP management and Batch Management. Finally, Thomas will be responsible for the production department, where you will study the notions of reporting, KPi and monitoring tools, cost management and the interactions with the other departments of the company.
- AND THEN?
At the end of this training, production business processes will no longer hold any secrets for you! You will have all the cards in hand to use the SAP PP module and even to become an SAP PP consultant.
But as we know that it is sometimes difficult to go beyond the teaching and that, in concrete cases, it is easy to get lost, we continue to bring you our help and support:
- By updating our training courses on a regular basis according to your feedback
- By an exchange system via Udemy, notably the Q&A but also by message

We want to be close to our community, and above all, to accompany you in your success.
“What you are tomorrow depends on what you do today.
So take the plunge. Do not hesitate. The best investment you can make is to invest in yourself!
