Many RPA/Automation courses focus on the technical – how to build actual bots or automated solutions. This series of courses focuses on how to manage this work – a vital skill often lacking in businesses today.
In this course, you are going to learn how to actually manage the project stage of deploying the RPA solution in full. This stage requires you to be heavily engaged with your developers, stakeholders and the project team, and there is a lot to track, manage and deliver. In this course, we cover all aspects through theory, practical and interactive ways, each ensuring you see a different side to the activity itself. You will know which plans to use, who is responsible for which activities and the best approaches to take to ensure your solution gets correctly delivered.
In this course, we will cover the following:
– What is RPA & what is a process.
– The delivery of RPA solution stage.
– How to present all information to your developers.
– How to work with your developers whilst they design, review and deploy the solution.
– How to close out the project successfully.
At the end of this course, you will have the confidence to manage the delivery of an RPA solution into your business and oversee the activities and tasks that need to happen to ensure success. Along the way, feel free to try out the tools and templates and build them out alongside the delivery of the course – all in the aid of delivering an effective learning experience.
