2Getting Started with Microsoft Project Professional 2019
Getting started with takes you to the process of installation of the Microsoft Project Professional, start up and important settings in the project options.
* On start up, the landing page takes you to sections such "New", "Recent" "Account" and "options"
In New section you can create a new project template or choose a pre-designed templates from the options.
in Recent section you can open the recently used project files
"Account" details associated with your particulars such as emails and Microsoft account is shown.
Options - In options section you have pre-determine and set key important options which will play important role in developing your program. The key options to check are general, display, schedule and advanced.

3Understand the Project layout and create calendar
The details of the project layout is thoroughly discussed and glanced through to understand the functions of it. The table area, chart area, quick access, status bars are some of the important features of the project layout.
Calendar - Before starting a program a project specific calendar has to be determined such as work hours, days, holidays and work week details.
The determined and set calendar has to be assigned to the project.

WBS level of schedules and the more details projected in the program improves the quality and level of the schedules.
Indenting under WBS is thought in the lecture.

5Demostration of creating activities and linking activities
The students will be able to learn how to add activities and indent under specific group to create EBS structure.
Insert activities, duration, start and finish details
Link the activities in "Predecessor" & "Successor" linking through relevant and logical correct dependency type.
The tasks modes are discussed such as "auto scheduled or "manually scheduled" and its relationship to the tasks.
Importance of Indenting and Outdenting in creating groups and relationships.

The tracking feature allows you to regularly identify late tasks, critical tasks, slippage against baseline and slack.
