How do we define charisma? What are we going to be teaching you about? What feelings are associated with charisma?

Charisma is something we all know is not evenly distributed. Some people seem to be dripping in it while others are painfully aware that it's something they lack. Learn how to build up your charisma like a muscle. Constant attention and practice doing the right exercises. Because this is a skill you can't really hone on your own, you'll need to put yourself in a number of different social situations in order to build up this talent.

What you do with your body has a tremendous impact not only on how people perceive you, but also on how you feel. If you want to become confident and charismatic you need to learn how to use your body in a powerful way.

One of the most common traits of charismatic and confident people is that they don't take themselves too seriously. In this video we will delve into this topic and show you why it's so important to embrace this mindset.

this happens to everyone. there is pressure to keep professional, keep on topic. but are you stopping yourself? momentum. conversation flow like writing. are certain topics off limits?

How can shy people have an edge over outgoing people when it comes to charisma? know you'll have to make changes to grow as a person. but watch out, keep authentic. learn how to be the master of your topic. Use extroverts' constant stream of noise against them. Surprise factor is your secret weapon (maybe we shouldn't give it away in the description?)

not for everybody. takes some creative skill. having fun with social environments. learn how to lower the stakes and not take things so seriously. after this tip you'll learn that all the others at the party/social scene don't have as much power over you as you assume. learn how to turn the tables in your favor. be seen as a provider.

Building up charisma is especially difficult if you're all alone. It's very hard to build a lot of necessary social skills without playing off of others.
